Post-War Stock in the Middle of a Renovation Wave

Narrabundah was developed through the post-war expansion of the inner south as straightforward, practical housing, a good deal of it originally government-built. That gives it a housing stock with real consistency — modest single-storey homes, simple roof forms, generous blocks — and, because of where it sits, a suburb that has been steadily renovated, extended and in places rebuilt over the past two decades.
