FreshDuct is a home air care company. We clean and service the parts of a house most people never see — the ductwork in the roof, the return-air filter, the barrel fan inside a split system, the chimney flue, the bathroom exhaust fan — and we show you what we found.

From one dusty duct to the whole home

It started in the ducts
The name says where FreshDuct began: getting the dust, debris and allergens out of the ducted heating and cooling in Melbourne homes. Ducts are a job you cannot see, which is why every FreshDuct job is photographed before and after, so you see exactly what you paid for.
Then the whole home
A dusty duct is often the first clue to something else: a split system full of mould, a chimney that has not been swept, tired insulation, a bathroom fan that cannot clear the steam. Rather than send customers to five different trades, FreshDuct grew into 15+ home services under one team.
Training our own
As the team grew, so did the standard. We built the FreshDuct Technician Academy, so every technician learns our methods and is signed off by a senior technician before working on their own.
Today
15+ years, 10,000+ projects and 600+ five-star reviews later, we are Melbourne-based with crews in Sydney, 7 days a week. What does FreshDuct do?
We clean, service and repair the systems that move air through your home: ducted heating and cooling, split systems, evaporative coolers, chimneys, exhaust fans and dryer vents. We also install and remove insulation, treat mould and clean roofs and exteriors. That’s 15+ home services from one team.
Where do you work?
We’re based in Melbourne and cover the whole metro area 7 days a week. Our crews also cover Sydney, and we book jobs across Adelaide, Perth and Canberra.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. There’s no call-out fee, and the quote is free.
When do I pay?
After the job, once you’ve seen the result and the before & after photos. Cash, card or bank transfer.
What if I’m not happy with the work?
Tell us. If any part of the clean isn’t right, we come back and re-clean it — that’s our 100% satisfaction commitment.
Are your technicians police-checked and insured?
Yes. Our technicians are police-checked and hold NDIS Worker Screening checks, and we carry full public liability and business insurance. Work that needs a licence is done by licensed refrigeration technicians and electricians.
Do you work with NDIS participants?
Yes. We work alongside NDIS plan managers and support coordinators, and our technicians hold NDIS Worker Screening checks.
